We advise our customers to read labels to check for ingredients you may be allergic to. Always do a small patch skin test to see if you have any reactions. Never use products int he eye area or internally. If concerned, always consult your doctor.
HOW WE SHIP
Orders typically ship within 2-3 days. However, all our products are handmade which means sometimes it takes longer! We try to ship all items with USPS when possible. UPS often offers better rates and, therefore, is our second choice. Packages usually will arrive 3-5 days after shipped. A tracking number is emailed once the item ships. The price of shipping is generated by the weight of the product. We offer automatic FREE SHIPPING on orders over $125.
Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not currently but email us and we may be able to get your order out of the U.S.
Q. WHAT DO I DO ABOUT A MISSING PACKAGE?
The best way to deal with a missing package is ask your postal worker! They touch, sort and deliver all your mail and becoming familiar with them is a great thing. Sometimes packages are marked “delivered” prematurely and sometimes they will be left in strange places (neighbor, side door etc.)
Mater Soap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot offer refunds once proof of delivery is generated. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by conditions like bad weather, holidays, natural disasters and other situations that might have an effect on the mail. Mater Soap automatically generates a shipping label based on the information you provide. If your item is shipped to the wrong address or returned to sender due to the inability of the shipper to gain access or deliver the order, we will ask you to cover the cost of reshipment. We cannot offer refunds for lost packages for above stated reasons.
Q. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If your package arrives and your items are damaged, please email a photo of your damaged item to info@matersoap.com with your order number. We will send a replacement as soon as we can.
RETURNS ETC.
Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale. If you are unhappy with something, we will do my best to pair you with a product that might be of your liking. Please e-mail info@matersoap if you have any questions or concerns about your order and I will do what I can to help.
RETAILER PURCHASES
We ask that all issues with third party purchases be returned or exchanged where purchased.
